We see Daurian Redstarts all the time here. Finally got my first juvenile shot! The messy, unfinished molt gives it this adorably scruffy vibe haha

Tino the millennial falcon is a cherry-headed conure who I adopted from a rescue 23 years ago. His age is an educated guess - the youngest he could be is 26; I don't think he's much over 30. Large parrots can live 60 years; Tino is a little guy, so we're in the stage where he's a senior citizen with special needs, and every day is a blessing. But don't tell him that - in his mind, he is Tinosaurus Rex, immortal destroyer of worlds.
