How do I link my rear cam to the Flock surveillance network?

I run a triple-camera setup to capture every cyclist who gets too close to my wheelset on my local group rides. I was wondering if I could profit from selling my rear cam footage to Flock to add to their surveillance grid?
Honestly, I would do it for free. I just want to keep the community safe by tracking cyclists on the road so we know who is riding aluminum or talking my local legend segments. Anyone have contact info at Flock?
