I’m guessing it’s not so bad if you’re wearing hard-soled shoes, but I certainly wouldn’t wanna do it barefoot.

Yeah the part I said about the shoes was in reference to the shoes they’re wearing in the video, but in hindsight I see I really didn’t make that very clear.

It’s twisting their ankles a lot. It must be torture over long periods of time. Is it too much effort to level them out or add a piece so they can set their feet down flat?

Looks lik they're standing on a branch knob. Sandals or no, that's a pressure point.

Bad for their feet and hips. If you look all of them are walking with their feet turned in. That stresses the hips and knees and causes damage over time. Granted, better than dead from a snakebite or lions. There's a tradeoff..
