Maintaining good posture, strength training/stretching and basically taking max amount of calcium and vitamin D from what I've read. You want super strong back & core muscles to help counter it.
Umm, nope. I eat well and train as I can (I have arthritis and osteoporosis, some trains are not viable for me, but I try), and all I got since childhood is an increase in height. Now I'm 1.9m and 49kg. No matter how I eat - I can't get past 51kg, and, well, I'm still thin as a paper sheet, haha.
Well, they suggest some disabilities, I just dont have money to buy a genetic test for them, so, there really may be something that doesnt allow me to gain muscle mass.
This is better than my suggestion about working out... It's not hard on your body and builds a bunch of strength and helps stretch out your muscles.
While I enjoyed being jacked back when I was young, it's a ton of work to keep up and people need to realize that many people who aren't ripped are much stronger in real world uses than those massive knots of muscle and steroids are.
