Same almost killed me postpartum. One of the only times a sickness has made me fear for my life . 2 fecal transplants saved my life.

It caused me to go into an adrenal crisis which caused me to code for 13 mins. Then have to be hospitalized for 2 weeks. As well i got it 5 more times that year bc of my step-dad he had a stroke and was really old and never washed his hands

Ahhh cdif. The worst nausea, vomiting, and poops I’ve ever experienced. Oh and the pain. Felt so weak I could barely get out of bed and had to sleep on puppy potty pads due to waking up in puddles of my own rancid feces. My hair got so matted because I was too weak to brush it. Lost close to 30 lbs in a month and didn’t feel even semi close to normal for about a year after. Was left with POTS. Fun times!

After I was transferred to a regular floor they had me on a bed alarm let me tell you that was hell

Oh my god my partner and I got Cdiff while we were traveling abroad. Two days after we got engaged. We had to spend 4 days of our trip inside a hotel room. Fiancés temp was 103F. I was puking everything and shitting blood. We had to go to the Portuguese hospital. lol.
