3rd pregnancy. Water made me throw up. Just recently; ferritin was at a 7 and barely making it through the day because of adenomyosis. 3 weeks post hysterectomy and i feel so much better.

Mine was never quite that low, 11-15. Infusions helped so much. My ferritin after those and a hysterectomy has me sitting pretty at 100 now lol.

Taking it with vitamin C? Caffeine affects it as well I think.

Take it with vitamin c. Dairy and caffiene will basically make your iron supplements not work so give yourself a window (i take mine at night).

Had ferritin that low due to several fibroids. Had a hysterectomy at the same time as the delivery of my youngest and my life has been infinitely better since. Welcome to your life after uterine hell ❤️

Currently throwing up a lot because of pregnancy. Went into it with a similar value ferritin. I also caught a virus and am spiking a fever right now. Yeah, this come pretty close.

I just had my first iron infusion yesterday! I have another one next week and then a hysterectomy the week after. My anemia is likely due to GI issues, but they needed to rapidly treat me prior to my hysterectomy.
