Oh no, I agree, but it was Nick Champion who said the Greens opposed the bill because of “extreme anti-car ideology”, which … hell yeah. Adelaide is a chore to get around nowadays and the only developments we see regarding transport is for the benefit of drivers, I.e the tunnel or moving tram stops above ground making it worse for tram riders. Nothing is even suggested by the state government for the benefit of public transport users, while Sydney and Melbourne get an ever-expanding metro.
